I bought this item to use with my web cam. I talk to my granddaughter with them. They work fine.
I constanly use this product in my store as I provide internet service by the hour, my customers just love the sound quality and the confort.
This headset has good sound and a good microphone.I bought this headset and the similarly priced Labtech 980232-0403 Stereo Headset with Microphone to compare them. The Labtec is terrible: the mic doesn't pick up a thing. This Cyber Acoustics plays music louder and picks up voice louder.
This headset has great voice quality, but can not have it on ears for extended period of time. The pressure against ears causes discomfort + sweating occurs. Good for 10 or 15 minutes talk at a time. It has a very long wire (6 feet), constructed of very durable material.
The sound quailty is really good, but not great, but the mic, fit, and feel are top notch, not too cramp and easy to adjust. Great fact that its universal and can be interchanged between which side of your face you would like to have the mic on. But for the pirce that I got them for, was basically 2 for 1, and is far better then having had to pay the full price on them, but I would have for 1 headset regarless.
